The mold transfer cart is a set of pusher systems that can automatically give and take the mold on the mold carrier from anywhere in front of the press. The car automatically takes it from the mold stock area and moves forward with the help of the colts and carries it to the front of the press. By fixing itself in a suitable position in front of the press, the mold trolley performs the process of pushing the mold into the press fully automatically with the pusher system, and the operator easily connects the mold to the press. After the pressing process, it automatically pulls the removed mold onto the die cart and places it in the mold stock area.
It has a hydraulic lift with a foot pedal and a solid product structure made of steel. The load table can be easily raised with the help of a foot pedal. The mold transport trolley can be controlled in a table-controlled manner together with the hydraulic elevator system.
